In September 1996 at our office in the very heart of Barcelona, filled with enthusiasm and energy, we initiated our journey offering tax, accounting, and labour advice.

For more than 25 years we have continued to support our clients with the same passion but with more experience than the first day.

We have reinvented ourselves by adapting to new technologies, but without losing the human concept of the professional relationship.

From our labour department comprised of social graduates, we manage all kinds of labour procedures and provide comprehensive advice to all our clients:

  • Labour advice
  • Registration of companies and freelancers in Social Security
  • Registered in all Social Security regimes (domestic employees, artists and athletes, etc.)
  • Affiliation of workers in Social Security
  • Management of contracts, dismissals, modifications and bonuses

Our accounting technicians are specialised in automated accounting and financial management using a wide variety of accounting programs, including A3, SAGE, CONTA3 and QUIPU.

We adapt to the accounting needs of each client, so our services range from a single accounting consultancy to the full accounting of the company.

Our purpose is to help our clients so that the accounting of their business is not one of their concerns, but rather an option to choose.

Not only do we help all those entrepreneurs who are just starting out, but we also give them a service at a very reasonable cost for the first 6 months so that they can start their business journey at a very affordable price.

For this, the constitution of new companies is carried out through CIRCE (State platform for the creation of companies) making the entire process of incorporation of companies fast and efficient.

In addition, we help our entrepreneurs both with the Business Plan and with the Unemployment Capitalisation procedures to assure credibility with the maximum possible means.

At SeCod we have extensive experience in business planning and financial support processes to give our clients all the necessary help, especially at times of greatest need. For this reason, our clients will have our support for processes as complex as:
